Good Floridians in Bad Circumstances

The St. Petersburg Times on Saturday, November 6th, told the story of Max Wysong, who lost his job as a cabinet maker in May 2007. Mr. Wysong is quoted as saying “I have to pay taxes, utilities, I am afraid I amBad Circumstances Bankruptcy going to lose everything.” To make matters worse, over 106,000 jobless Floridians are facing the loss of their unemployment benefits.

Mr. Wysong is just the example of a good Floridian who finds himself in a difficult situation because of a loss of his job. Mr. Wysong and others, whose unemployment benefits are limited are facing difficult decisions. One way to get a fresh financial start is to file for bankruptcy.

We wish Mr. Wysong the best and we hope that he is soon able to find employment.
