Do I have to have lived in Florida for the last 91 days before I file my bankruptcy case?

Yes. You have to live in Florida 91 days prior to filing for your bankruptcy case. Unless the “principal assets” such as house or investment property are still in the state of Florida. However, this determination should be made on a case by case basis.
